Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) will hold the second briefing session for the “Creative Speech Competition 2026/27” on 28 October 2026. The session will cover the competition objectives, schedule, judging criteria, and available support resources. All interested students and teachers are welcome to register.  We will also share practical tips for writing engaging speeches. All interested students, teachers and parents are welcome to register.
