Default Event Background

Programme Details

To promote the development of Arts Tech, the Music Office has collaborated with the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) to present the “Innovative Music Making: MO x e-Orch” since 2022-23 school year. This music training programme is curated by Dr. Leung Chi-hin, Assistant Professor of the EdUHK and co-taught by the professional e-Orch instructors and trainee-teachers from the EdUHK. Students will form e-Orch (digital music orchestras), learn and create music together using tablets. After the training, the e-Orch members will showcase their collaborative e-Orch compositions. Some of the e-Orch will jointly perform with the instrumental ensembles and have the world premiere of local composers’ original works in the showcase concert.
