To raise awareness among students and the public about food-related issues faced by underprivileged groups, and to promote 'Eat Fair' culture, Oxfam is launching the [Eat Fair Campaign] Infinite Food Design Challenge in both Hong Kong and Macau this academic year. The competition encourages participants to use innovative thinking and empathy to design nutritious and balanced lunch sets that meet the needs of the service target.
Objectives:
Levels of Entry:
The Primary and Secondary School : participants are required to design a lunch set for service target. The judges will select the top five entries from each of the two levels to advance to the finals. The finalists are required to cook the shortlisted menu on-site. The judges will evaluate and select the outstanding entries, followed by the award presentation.
