This seminar will showcase authentic school-based practices and practical demonstrations, illustrating how AI can be effectively applied to teaching, administrative tasks, and school management to enhance operational efficiency and support student learning.

The seminar will explore key topics including AI literacy, school-wide AI usage guidelines, and the strengths and limitations of large language models (LLMs), helping schools balance educational benefits, costs, risks, and governance considerations.  Through the sharing of practical school-based AI Agent implementation cases, the seminar will support school leaders in developing AI roadmaps tailored to their school contexts, and promote the safe, effective and sustainable adoption of AI in schools.
