The third "Learning from Experts" session focuses on innovation. EdCity has invited Professor LAM Hon Ming from the School of Life Sciences at The Chinese University of Hong Kong as the keynote speaker. Professor Lam is a high-tech agriculture expert who combines cutting-edge technology with traditional breeding methods to develop salt-tolerant and drought-resistant soybean varieties. In this lecture, he will share how to apply innovative thinking to traditional projects and introduce new insights on space cultivation. Students will learn to integrate innovative ideas into their lives whilst respecting life on Earth and valuing food.
