The digital age presents not only new opportunities but also potential risks. How can parents safeguard their children in an ever-evolving digital era and join hands to embrace a safe and secure online environment?

The Education Bureau, Hong Kong Education City and the Committee on Home-School Co-operation, will co-organise the parent seminar "e-Generation Connected Joy Parent Seminar (5) – Family United for Cyber Safety". A Cybersecurity Consultant from the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) will share with parents the principles of cybersecurity and provide practical suggestions to help parents develop their children's cybersecurity mindset.
A Registered Social Worker from Hong Kong Playground Association will guide parents in identifying signs of cyberbullying and understanding related legal implications. He will also introduce skills that parents can use when counselling their children and assist parents in guiding their children to safely face the digital world throughout their development.
